DCA Capital Partners completes its equity investment in Ensynch, Inc.

Expansion capital will go toward enabling one of the Southwest’s leading IT services firms to continue its market expansion.

Roseville, CA – December 21, 2005 — DCA Capital Partners, a Roseville–based private equity fund, has announced the closing of its equity capital investment into Ensynch, Inc. Ensynch, based in Tempe, AZ, is a leading provider of IT staffing, professional services, and managed services focused on the systems infrastructure, communication and security needs of middle–market clients. The proceeds of the financing will be used primarily to pursue continued growth within as well as outside the Southwest region through corporate expansion and acquisition.

Ensynch was recently ranked #159 on the Inc 500 list of the fastest growing private companies in the U.S., with well over 600 percent revenue growth in the three years prior to last year (2004).
